Including; Over-marked plans with floor joist / beam positions/ spacing, principle connection details, soleplate fixings / centres, stud centres and sheathing requirements, lintels / cripples, calculations for submission to the Local Authority and certification of the timberframe superstructure under the NHBC or other. As a company we work in tandem with the timberframe designers and detailers in order to provide information when required and to maintain tight construction programmes and time schedules.
